I took the GO train today with my mama and I kind of was excited to see strangers this morning. Only to realize that people on the GO are rather boring and all have puffy eyes at 7:13 in the morning. But they all smell nicer with their cologne and business suits. That's why I like walking through the Financial District. Bay Street can look like winter all year, everyone in black and grey suits but they are just so sharp. Especially now with Remembrance Day, when they wear their poppies against those boring colours they just pop. And compared to the subway which smells like farts and morning breath the GO train smells like the Bay perfume aisle but not so overwhelming.
