Across the street behind some cars I saw some balloons, a friend mentioned there being a sale. I asked in a park? So we figured a garage sale. But it turns out it was a cute little lady sitting in her bathrobe in a wheelchair with a bunch of helium balloons and a paper party hat/crown. Happy Birthday. :)
